  • Nationality, NID, or Passport Information: Required for government, forestry, and law enforcement security checkpoints (e.g., Sajek Valley, Bandarban, border haor areas), airline ticketing, and hotel check-in compliance.
  • Participant Headcount: Number of adults, couples, and children traveling in your group.

  • Primary Phone Number & WhatsApp Number: For urgent tour updates, pickup confirmations, and real-time coordination.
  • Email Address: For sending booking confirmations, digital invoices, itineraries, and pre-departure checklists.
  • Physical Address / City: For billing records and offline correspondence.

C. Emergency Contacts & Travel Preferences

  • Emergency Contact Details: Name, relationship, and emergency phone number.
  • Health & Dietary Requirements: Voluntary disclosures regarding mobility, physical conditions, or dietary preferences to ensure your safety and comfort during trips.

  • Note: Next Travelers does not collect or store credit card PINs or mobile wallet PINs. All digital transactions are processed through authorized payment channels and banks.
