Website: https://nexttravelers.com

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before booking a tour, making a payment, or using the website and travel services provided by Next Travelers (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By making a reservation, placing a deposit, participating in any of our scheduled tours, or browsing https://nexttravelers.com, you (“Traveler”, “Customer”, “Lead Passenger”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking, Reservation & Confirmation

  1. Lead Traveler Responsibility: The person making the booking (“Lead Traveler”) represents all members of their travel party and confirms that all participants accept these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered officially confirmed only after:
    • Required passenger details (names, contact numbers, NID/Passport details) are submitted.
    • The mandatory booking advance or full payment is verified and cleared by our accounts team.
    • You receive a written booking confirmation (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp).
  3. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information (spelling of names, age, gender, contact number) matches your official government-issued ID card (NID or Passport). Next Travelers is not liable for issues arising from incorrect customer-submitted details.

2. Tour Pricing, Currency & Payments

  1. Pricing Currency: All tour prices on our platform are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) per person, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. Inclusions & Exclusions:
    • Every tour package clearly outlines its “What’s Included” (e.g., accommodation, transport, meals, guide, boat permits) and “What’s Not Included” (e.g., personal shopping, tips, off-itinerary activities, medicine, optional add-ons).
    • Any expense not explicitly listed in the tour package description is the sole personal responsibility of the traveler.
  3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through our authorized payment methods:
    • Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad)
    • Direct Bank Transfer
    • Major Debit/Credit Cards (via payment gateway)
    • Cash at our registered office
  4. Payment Schedule & Due Balance:
    • A minimum deposit (as specified on the tour checkout page) is required to secure your seat(s).
    • Any remaining balance must be paid in full prior to tour departure or at the scheduled assembly/pickup point before departure, as instructed by our team.
    • Failure to clear the balance on schedule gives Next Travelers the right to treat the booking as cancelled without deposit refund.

3. Tour Departure & Minimum Participant Policy

  1. Scheduled (Fixed) Departures: Group tours operate based on minimum passenger quotas.
  2. Failure to Reach Minimum Quota: If a scheduled group departure fails to meet the required minimum participant count, Next Travelers reserves the right to:
    • Reschedule the trip to an alternate upcoming date with the traveler’s consent, OR
    • Offer an alternative tour package of equal value, OR
    • Issue a 100% full refund of the amount paid for that departure.
    • Next Travelers will notify travelers at least 48 to 72 hours prior to the departure date in such events.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the request must be submitted in writing via email to info@nexttravelers.com or through our official WhatsApp customer hotline at +8801775100786.

Unless a specific tour package specifies a customized cancellation policy, our standard policy applies:

5. Itinerary Adjustments, Delays & Force Majeure

  1. Operational Adjustments: Travel conditions in Bangladesh can be dynamic. Next Travelers reserves the right to adjust itineraries, travel times, transport types, boat routes, or hotel accommodations if deemed necessary for guest safety, road blocks, or operational viability.
  2. Force Majeure Events: Next Travelers shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing tour obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Severe weather, cyclones, river currents, flash floods, or landslides.
    • Political strikes (hartals, road blockades), national emergencies, or civil unrest.
    • Government, military, tourist police, or forestry department restrictions (e.g., security travel bans in hill tracts or border haor areas).
    • Ferry delays, train cancellations, or mechanical breakdown of transport.
  3. Compensation in Unforeseen Events: In the event of a cancellation caused by Force Majeure, Next Travelers will offer a rescheduled tour date or trip credit voucher. Any unrecoverable prepaid expenses (accommodations, permits) will be deducted from monetary refunds.

6. Traveler Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

  1. Mandatory Identification: All travelers must carry original government-issued photo identification (National ID card, Passport, or Student ID) during the entire trip. Foreign nationals must carry valid Passports and Bangladesh Visas.
  2. Punctuality: Travelers must strictly observe scheduled departure and assembly times. If a traveler misses transport or a departure due to personal tardiness, the cost of catching up with the group or returning home rests entirely on the traveler.
  3. Zero Tolerance Policy: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against:
    • Possession or consumption of illegal drugs or banned substances.
    • Carrying firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials.
    • Verbal, physical, or sexual harassment of fellow travelers, local hosts, or tour staff.
    • Obscene, disruptive, or dangerous behavior.
    • Next Travelers reserves the unconditional right to immediately terminate the trip of any disruptive participant without refund or return compensation.
  4. Eco-Tourism & Environmental Protection:
    • Travelers must respect local ecosystems (e.g., Tanguar Haor, Ratargul Swamp Forest, Jaflong, Sadapathor).
    • Do not litter. All plastic bottles, wrappers, and non-biodegradable waste must be placed in designated garbage bins or carried back.
    • Do not harm wildlife, cut forest flora, or damage natural monuments.
  5. Local Cultural Sensitivity: Travelers must dress and act respectfully toward local communities, religious traditions, and indigenous cultural sensibilities throughout all destinations.

7. Safety, Health & Physical Fitness

  1. Physical Fitness: Certain tours involve light-to-moderate trekking, boat boarding, long road travel, or rustic conditions. Travelers are responsible for assessing their own fitness and medical suitability before booking.
  2. Health Disclosures: Travelers must inform us prior to booking if they have medical conditions, mobility challenges, severe allergies, or are pregnant, so we can advise on trip safety.
  3. Water Safety & Life Jackets:
    • During boat tours (e.g., haor boats, Jadukata Express, river or sea transfers), wearing life jackets is mandatory whenever instructed by the tour guide or boat captain.
    • Swimming in open rivers, haors, waterfalls, or the sea is done at the traveler’s personal discretion and risk.

8. Luggage, Valuables & Personal Belongings

  1. Personal Custody: Each traveler is exclusively responsible for the safety of their own personal belongings, including smartphones, cameras, wallets, jewelry, electronic devices, and baggage.
  2. Disclaimer of Loss: Next Travelers, its staff, contracted drivers, boatmen, and hotel partners are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property during any portion of the journey.

9. Photography and Media Release

  1. Media Captures: During our group tours, our team and official photographers frequently take photos and record video reels for trip albums and marketing purposes.
  2. Opt-Out Notice: If you prefer not to have your photos or video clips published on our website or social media channels, you must inform your tour lead in writing or via email (info@nexttravelers.com) before the trip commences.

10. Limitation of Liability
